  • Matt Dooley is an accomplished leader with more than 25 years of experience strengthening organizational performance, developing high-impact teams, and leading people in complex, high-stakes environments across more than 30 countries.

    Before founding Atomic Tide, Matt built a strong foundation in the private sector, serving as a Director of Human Resources and, most notably, as a Pathways Operations Manager within Amazon’s Make-on-Demand (MOD) business line. In this role, he provided strategic leadership across manufacturing operations, process optimization, and customer fulfillment within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

    Matt is a retired U.S. Navy Master Chief (Seabee) with extensive experience leading distributed maritime operations, expeditionary construction, and engineering projects worldwide. Throughout his military career, he served in senior leadership roles focused on professional military education, technical training, workforce development, and talent acquisition.

    He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Master of Science in Human Resource Training and Development from the University of La Verne.

    A lifelong learner and dedicated mentor, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset, systems-driven approach, and passion for helping leaders reach their full potential.
